Beyond Beliefs Cross Border Programme
is available Free to individuals living in the Cox's Demesne and
Muirhevna Mór communities of Dundalk.
The DATA Project is now looking for people to participant in their ICT cross border programme called Beyond Beliefs. This programme consists of a 20-week course using Word, Internet, Email, Skype, Editing Digital Photographs and How to use Facebook. Classes are held once a week for two hours over 20-weeks and are free of charge. There will be 8 participants per group. Course will be held in The Redeemer Family Resource Centre in Cox’s Demesne and Ait na nDaoine in Muirhevna Mor. Participants are also required to take part in a workshop both in Belfast and Dundalk. These workshops are held to introduced participants who will be emailing each other during the course. The main aim of DATA is to provide individuals and groups with the opportunity to improve their level of basic skills through the Internet at their own pace in an environment that is comfortable for them and conducive to learning.
